Its in the Mail

I had a lovely surprise in the mail today! I opened up a large stiffened envelope to find this big shiny award certificate. It was a lovely gesture of recognition.

I thought I'd blog it before put it away in my file. Its refreshing to receive a such a token, to know my ExplorAnauts for the Travel Buddies program have been appreciated. It reminds me that little gestures can go a long way to brighten peoples lives.

Thanks guys, Its kind of funny though, its just like being back at school, still it was shiny**:D

But mainly, I'm pleased to have been able to contribute to education in some way.

You a teh R0xx0rz...

*giggle*

seriously, it's a great thing you do. Anything that encourages kids / adults to read, go to libraries and explore the world around them is an awesome thing. If you are a part of that encouragement then you add to the magic!
so way to go!

Professor, did you know that no one in OZ says shrimp, that's a yank word. We say prawn, and I've never had one on a barbie. Funny hey:)
